1. How do I get a Quote?
Step 1: At the quote page, key in delivery postcodes and the weight of your parcel.
Step 2: Click on the “Quote & Book” button.
If you are happy with the quote result, click on the “Book Now” button to continue your booking.
2. How can I pay?
EasyParcel members with insufficient credits can use instant pay feature during checkout to pay for current delivery order amount. Delivery rate will be according to non-member's rate.
3. How do I top-up my credits?
Log in into your account. Click on "Top Up" button on your dashboard. Choose the package that you want and click the "Get It Now" button. You may choose to pay via credit/debit card, online banking, e-wallet or ATM/bank transfer.
4. Why does the price quoted are different from the previous quote I receive?
There will be price fluctuation from time to time depending on the courier service provider due to fuel & handling surcharges.
