How do I track my referral status?

EasyParcel offers a referral program that allows you to earn credits by referring your friends and family to their platform. These credits can then be used to offset the cost of your shipping fees. If you have already signed up for the program and made some referrals, here's how you can track your referral status!

Step 1

Log in to your EasyParcel account, and scroll to the bottom of our column until you see the "Referral" section.

Step 2

Click on Referral Status and you will be able to display the overview of your referral activity.

You will be taken to the tracking status page, which displays an overview of your referral activity. Here, you can see the number of successful referrals you have made, name, sign up date, status and the reward credits you have earned.

Step 3

The status are explained as below:

  • Pending - The referee has yet to verify their phone number.
  • Verified - The referee has verified their phone number.


Step 4

You are also able to use the filters present at the top of the table to sort your referrals by sign up date, status, or reward credits.
