How to setup custom branding on Air Waybill?


What is Air Waybill?

An Air Waybill (AWB) is a document detailing the parcel’s destination, sender details, receiver details, and parcel contents. Every parcel must have an AWB attached to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Applicable for Pos Laju, J&T Express, Teleport, Skynet, ABX Express, CJ Century, UTS, ZoomIT, Zepto Express, Ultimate Consolidators, Janio, GoLog, Qxpress, DCS, and DHL eCommerce.


How to set up Air Waybill Branding?

Step 1: Go to “Marketing Tools”, click on "Custom Branding", then click AWB Branding.

Step 2: Select "Banner (+0.15/parcel)" as your branding format.

Step 3: Upload your banner and click "Confirm" > "Submit For Review". You may also click "View Sample Here" to refer to banner templates.

Tip: Use editing tools such as Canva to design eye-catching promotional banners for your AWB Branding.

If you select "Text" format, simply fill in your brand name and custom text, then click "Confirm" > "Submit For Review".

Step 4: Your submitted banner/text will be reviewed and the status updated within 24 working hours.

Step 5: Make your booking as usual. "Air Waybill Branding" will automatically be turned on during booking.

Air Waybill Branding Terms and Conditions

1. All marketing content created under EasyParcel Marketing Tools must NOT include:

  • Illegal products or services
  • Discriminatory practices
  • Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or drug-related products
  • Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
  • Adult products, services, or content
  • Violent or gore content
  • Political, religious, or racial content
  • Misleading or false information
  • Profanity or vulgar language
  • Gambling-related content
  • Counterfeit products or services
  • Prohibited financial products and services
  • Controversial content

2. All submitted content will be reviewed by the EasyParcel team. Approval will be granted within 24–48 working hours.

3. Only English and Bahasa Malaysia are allowed for EasyParcel Marketing Tools (except Custom Tracking Email, where Mandarin and emoji are supported).

4. NO refunds will be given:

  • Once payment for EasyParcel Marketing Tools is completed
  • If the design does not comply with the guidelines
  • For losses due to designs failing to comply with guidelines
