What is Air Waybill?
An Air Waybill (AWB) is a document detailing the parcel’s destination, sender details, receiver details, and parcel contents. Every parcel must have an AWB attached to ensure a smooth delivery process.

How to set up Air Waybill Branding (Banner)?
Step 1: Go to “Branding Tools”, click on "AWB Branding".
Step 2: Select "Banner (+RM0.14/parcel)" as your branding format. You can upload your own design for banner.
Tip: Use editing tools such as Canva to design eye-catching promotional banners for your AWB Branding.
Step 3: You can also use template provide by EasyParcel, click "Use Templates Here".
Step 4: After uploading your banner, you can preview how it will appear on your Air Waybill. Then, click "Submit For Review".
Step 5: Review the custom AWB fee breakdown, then click "Confirm Submit" to proceed.
Note: Final pricing may differ based on your top-up deals or coupons applied.
Step 6: Your AWB branding has been submitted for review. Your submission will be reviewed by our team within 1–2 business days. Our EasyParcel team will notify you by email once it’s approved.
How to set up Air Waybill Branding (Text)?
Step 1: Go to “Branding Tools”, click on "AWB Branding".
Step 2: Select "Text (+RM0.09/parcel)" as your branding format. You can enter your brand name and custom text.
Step 3: You can also use template provide by EasyParcel, click "Use Templates Here".
Step 4: After enter your brand name and custom text, you can preview how it will appear on your Air Waybill. Then, click "Submit For Review".
Step 5: Review the custom AWB fee breakdown, then click "Confirm Submit" to proceed.
Note: Final pricing may differ based on your top-up deals or coupons applied.
Step 6: Your AWB branding has been submitted for review. Your submission will be reviewed by our team within 1–2 business days. Our EasyParcel team will notify you by email once it’s approved.
How to add Air Waybill Branding to your shipment?
Step 1: Quote and book domestic/ international parcel as usual.
Step 2: Fill in the necessary details, including the sender details, receiver details, parcel content and value.
Step 3: After filling in your sender details, receiver details, parcel content, and parcel value, scroll down to the "Get Your Brand Noticed with Every Delivery!" section.
Step 4: Turn on "Custom AWB" under options to add to your parcel.
Step 5: Then continue with a click on the "Checkout" button.
Step 6: Complete the booking and pay it.
Air Waybill Branding Terms and Conditions
1. All marketing content created under EasyParcel Marketing Tools must NOT include:
- Illegal products or services
- Discriminatory practices
- Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or drug-related products
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
- Adult products, services, or content
- Violent or gore content
- Political, religious, or racial content
- Misleading or false information
- Profanity or vulgar language
- Gambling-related content
- Counterfeit products or services
- Prohibited financial products and services
- Controversial content
2. All submitted content will be reviewed by the EasyParcel team. Approval will be granted within 24–48 working hours.
3. Only English and Bahasa Malaysia are allowed for EasyParcel Marketing Tools (except Custom Tracking Email, where Mandarin and emoji are supported).
4. NO refunds will be given:
- Once payment for EasyParcel Marketing Tools is completed
- If the design does not comply with the guidelines
- For losses due to designs failing to comply with guidelines
