To setup Custom Tracking SMS:-
Step 1: Go to “Marketing Tools” and click on “SMS” > “Custom Tracking SMS”.
Step 2: You can craft the SMS content with the variations listed above.
Step 3: You can choose to remove EasyParcel branding by adding on RM0.05 per recipient or else proceed with “Save Changes”.
Step 4: Make sure you have activated the Custom Tracking SMS.
Step 5: Once the Custom Tracking SMS has been activated, all you need to do is just turn on “Custom Tracking SMS” when booking for courier service.

- Only English and Bahasa Malaysia language is allowed for all EasyParcel Marketing Tools – except for Custom Tracking Email (Mandarin language and emoji supported)
- NO refunds will be given:
- Once payment for EasyParcel Marketing Tools is completed
- If the design does not comply to our guidelines
- For the day loss due to designs failure in complying to our guidelines
