How to check my EasyParcel Reward Points balance?

To check how many EasyParcel Reward Points you currently have, all you have to do is:

Step 1: Go to your dashboard, scroll down and click on 'Account' > 'Reward Points'.

Step 2: Scroll down and you would be able to see the remaining points that you have and the rewards that you are able to redeem!

**Heads up! The EasyParcel Reward points will expire along with your account validity. To keep your points alive, make a new top up to extend its validity period for another 1 year.

   A: You’re automatically included for EasyParcel Reward programme so long as you have made a top up from 3rd March 2020 onwards.

   A: With a new top up, the equivalent points will be credited into your EasyParcel Reward instantly once the top up is completed.
3. Q: Is there a limit to the number of EasyParcel Reward points I can earn?
   A: There will be no limit imposed for EasyParcel Reward points earned. Let’s say you top up RM2000 in EasyParcel and you’ll be given 2000 EasyParcel Reward points.
