A coupon code is a single code that users can obtain and use to claim discounts on their parcel orders during the checkout process.
Step 1: You can view your available coupon codes by clicking "Credits" > "Coupon".
How to claim your coupon code?
Step 1: Go to your dashboard, click on "Credits" > "Coupon".
Step 2: Input the coupon code that you have obtained into the allocated box below and click "Claim".
Step 3: The coupon will then be available in your account, you can view it at the section below under claimed.
How to apply your coupon code?
Step 1: Book your shipment as usual.
Step 2: Click "Apply" to apply your coupon.
Step 3: Select the registered coupon you wish to apply. Then, click "Apply Now"
Step 4: You can now proceed checkout with your selected promo.
