Unfortunately, once your coupon is used, you will be unable to obtain the same coupon back.
To prevent this from happening, you may ensure the following:
- Check that the sender and receivers details are correct, and double check during checkout.
- Make sure that you are available during the collection date selected.
- If you missed out on activating certain features during the booking process, you can opt to bulk edit your parcels by using the Bulk Edit Feature to activate services such as Tracking SMS, Tracking E-mail, and even EasyCover without having to recreate another order.
