How to add-on services to your parcel on cart page?
To add extra protection to your valuable parcels, or the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method to your parcel or add estimated import tax & duties (DDP) to smooth your parcels, it can all be done easily via EasyParcel.
Step 1: Log in to your account, and from your "Dashboard", click on the cart logo at the top of your page.
Step 2: Select the parcel that you wish to add the services, click one "More Actions", select "Change Add-ons". You can add on any services you want for that parcel straight from the "Bulk Edit Add-ons". You can add DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)/DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), Cash on Delivery (COD), Parcel Protection (EasyCover), Tracking SMS, Tracking Email, Tracking WhatsApp, Privacy Masking, Custom Air Waybill (AWB), and Send Malaysia e-Invoice to Customer.
How do I enable add-on services for multiple shipments at once on cart page?
You can also add on the services to multiple parcels at once. Here's how:
Step 1: Log in to your account, and from your "Dashboard", click on the cart logo at the top of your page.
Step 2: Select the parcels that you wish to add the services, or you can click "Select All" to add them to all your parcels at once. Then, click "Bulk Edit".
Step 3: You can view and bulk edit the following add-on services:
- Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)/Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
- Activate Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) or Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to ensure that your international shipments are delivered on time and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Activate Cash on Delivery (COD) where drivers will collect the stated amount from receivers.
- Parcel Protection (EasyCover)
- By opting for EasyCover, you will be able to protect your shipments in cases of lost. This will be based on your parcels value or up to RM10,000, whichever is lower.
- Tracking SMS
- Notify your customers of their parcel's tracking number and status by activating tracking SMS.
- Tracking Email
- Send a tracking email to your customer once the order has been made.
