You don't need to sweat to schedule a pick up with the courier directly. This is because when you book a delivery on the EasyParcel platform, you can easily schedule a pick-up with any of our courier partners during the booking process.
How to schedule a pick up when booking for domestic and international delivery?
Step 1: Log in to your account and go to 'Send Parcel' then click on 'Domestic Delivery' or 'International Delivery' to quote your parcel and choose your courier as per usual.
Step 2: Fill in your sender's. receiver's and parcel details. Scroll down, and you'll see a feature to choose your parcel pick up date, click on it and you can start choosing.
Step 3: Go ahead click 'Add to cart' and continue to pay as per usual.
How to schedule a pick up when booking for on-demand delivery?
Step 1: Log in to your account and go to 'Send Parcel' then click on 'On-Demand Parcel'.
Step 2: Fill in your parcel pick up location and drop off location, then choose your date and time to schedule for the pick up.
How to reschedule a pick up on Manage Parcel page?
Step 1: Log in to your account and go to 'Manage Parcel', then click 'All Parcel'.
Step 2: Choose parcels in the status of 'Scheduled (In Arrangement)' or 'Pending For Collection', then click the details and click 'Rebook Parcel'
