How to fill up contact form?
You may head over to our Contact Us webpage and select the type of inquiry you need.
A. Shipment Enquiry
Step 1: Choose either 'Domestic Shipment' or 'International Shipment'
Step 2: Select the issue that's related to your enquiry.
Step 3: Fill in all the details and attach any relevant documents/images for reference. Click 'Submit Now' once completed.
B. Payment Enquiry
Step 1: Select 'Payment Enquiry'.
Step 2: Fill in all the details and attach any relevant documents/images for reference. Click 'Submit Now' once completed.
C. Sales Enquiry
Step 1: Select 'Sales Enquiry'.
Step 2: Fill in all the details and attach any relevant documents/images for reference. Click 'Submit Now' once completed.
D. Partnership Enquiry
Step 1: Select 'Partnership Enquiry' and choose the issue that's related to your enquiry.
Step 2: Fill in all the details and attach any relevant documents/images for reference. Click 'Submit Now' once completed.
E. Other Enquiries
Step 1: Choose 'Other Enquiries' and select the issue that's related to your inquiry.

Step 2: Fill in all the details and attach any relevant documents/images for reference. Click 'Submit Now' once completed.
