Why is my account limited access?
There are a number of reasons why your account could be under review or suspended, but the most common reason is if an account violates EasyParcel's Policies or Terms of Use. Your account could be under review due to the following reasons:
- Additional surcharge not being paid.
- Unusual traffic detected.

While under review, we'll look for any violations of our Policies or Terms of Use If your account hasn't violated any of our terms, you'll be allowed back in. If we find any behavior that has violated our terms, we'll take appropriate action, which may include a permanent ban.
