The reasons you may not be able to register for a new account are probably:
- Your mobile number has been registered with EasyParcel
- Your email address has been registered with EasyParcel
If you have already registered before, but forgotten your password, you may click on "Forgot Password", and a new prompt to change your password will be sent to your email address or an OTP to your mobile number. You'll be able to log in again with your newly-created password.
