How to manage my payment methods on EasyParcel?

Ready to book international delivery? But wait, you'll need to register a debit/credit card first for your account. It's really simple! Log in or sign up first to your EasyParcel account and follow these simple steps.


How to add a new credit or debit card?

Step 1: Visit From the sidebar of the dashboard, click on 'Account' and then select 'Profile'.

Step 2: Go to 'Debit/Credit Card' tab.

Step 3: Click on 'Add New Card'.

Step 4: Enter your card details.

Step 5: Make sure your details are correct to avoid any card errors. Click on 'Save Card' to finish.


How to update primary card?

(Applicable for those who've registered more than 1 card)

Step 1: Visit From the sidebar of the dashboard, click on 'Account' and then select 'Profile'.

Step 2: Go to 'Debit/Credit Card' tab.

Step 3: Scroll to the card and click on 'Set as Primary'.

Step 4: Click on 'Confirm' to finish.

 


How to remove a credit or debit card?

Step 1: Visit From the sidebar of the dashboard, click on 'Account' and then select 'Profile'.

Step 2: Go to 'Debit/Credit Card' tab.

Step 3: You'll need to select another card as primary card (applicable if the card that you want to remove was set as primary).

Step 4: Once done, click 'Remove Card'.

Step 5: Click on 'Confirm' to finish. 

Important: You may only be able to remove your credit/debit card from your account after seven (7) months from the last time you used the service to place an order. You can learn more here.
