Step 1: Go to "Send Parcel" drop-down and click on "On-Demand Delivery". Enter your pick-up location and your drop-off location in the space provided, respectively.
Note: You may add up to 10 drop-off locations if you are sending a few parcels to different receivers. The quote will vary accordingly.
Step 2: You can choose a date and time for your parcel pick up. Then, click "Get a Quote".
Step 3: You can choose which transportation is most suitable for your delivery, then click "Select" to choose the courier.
Step 4: Fill in the pick up details.
Step 5: Fill in the drop off details then click on "Pay Now" to proceed with payment.
Step 6: A pop-up will show your payment is fully paid with the final price for the shipment. Click "Continue" to proceed with the On-Demand delivery.
Note: The On-Demand delivery is a paperless delivery, thus no Air Waybill (AWB) is needed. Sender only needs to write down the receiver's details, such as name, contact, and parcel content on the parcel itself.
Once payment is successfully paid, you may track your On-Demand parcel in real-time to see your parcel progress.
