Cancelled by Customer | The user has cancelled the order booking for on-demand delivery. |

| Unable to Find Driver | There are no suitable drivers who are available to accept your booking at the moment. |

Why did the driver cancel my order?The driver may cancel your order due to (but not limited to) a few reasons, including:
ii) Your parcel includes prohibited item to deliver via On-Demand couriers,
iii) Your parcel is not ready for pick up when the driver arrives at the pick up location
What do I do if the status changes to "Unable to Find Driver"?
Due to peak hours, sometimes drivers are unavailable to accept your booking at that moment. You may cancel the order first and proceed to book a new On-Demand delivery for your parcel.
