Quick Summary
An on-demand delivery remains in Pending status when the system is still searching for the closest available driver to accept the booking. This often occurs because a suitable driver has not been found yet, which can be resolved by refreshing the page or using the "Auto Refresh" feature to see the latest updates. If the status does not change, clearing the device cache may help resolve data loading delays, or using the Express Driver Finder feature can increase the chances of a quick assignment by broadcasting the request to multiple courier services simultaneously.
After payment is made, the status will change to "Pending". This status indicates the system is locating the closest suitable driver who is available to pick up your parcel.
Your On-Demand delivery booking may stay in "Pending" status because an available driver has not been found yet at the moment. You may refresh the page to see the latest status update or turn on "Auto Refresh" on the top right to keep the progress updated automatically.
