After payment is made, the status will change to "Pending". This status indicates the system is locating the closest suitable driver who is available to pick up your parcel.
Your On-Demand delivery booking may stay in "Pending" status because an available driver has not been found yet at the moment. You may refresh the page to see the latest status update or turn on "Auto Refresh" on the top right to keep the progress updated automatically.
Once updated, you will also encounter other On-Demand statuses during the On-Demand delivery.
You can also clear cache on your device to view the updated page in EasyParcel app as excess cache may slow down the data loading.
