Why is my On-Demand delivery stuck in one status for so long?

Each status indicates a different situation for your on-demand delivery. There are a few possible reasons why the status stayed the same and what you can do about it. Kindly refer to the table below:

AcceptedDriver has accepted your order booking and is on his way to pick up your parcel.The driver could be stuck in a traffic jam, or the distance to your selected pick up location is quite far.Check out the real-live progress, where you can see your booking progress, where your driver is and his estimated time of arrival. In TransitYour parcel has been picked up and is in transit to its destination.Your parcel is still in delivery and has not reached its destination yet.You may also check out the real-live progress and see the estimated time arrival and the current location of your order.
