To top up your EasyParcel account, log in and click "Top Up" on your dashboard, then select a package (e.g., EP28–EP10,000+) and click "Get It Now". Payment can be made via credit/debit card, online banking, or e-wallet (e.g., GrabPay). Credits are generally valid for one year.
How to add or top up credit to my account on EasyParcel?
Step 1: Log in to your account. From the sidebar of your dashboard, click on the "Top Up", which is located under your profile.
Step 2: Choose your preferred top up package and click "Get It Now".
Step 3: A pop up will then appear, where you can choose between four (4) payment methods according to your preference. Then, click "Continue to Pay" to finish your payment.
Note: Once you have finished making your payment, the EasyParcel Credit will then reflect in your account. You can also learn more on where to get your invoices and statements after you make the top up.
