How to Send a Digital Gift Card with EasyParcel Shop?

Step 1: Head on to EasyParcel Shop, select your preferred gift card value and click on 'Add to Cart'. 

Step 2: Click on the 'Checkout' button. 

Step 3: Under the 'Shipping Address' section, fill in your recipient's details. Make sure your recipient's name and email address is correct. 

Step 4: Under the 'Remark' section, fill in your personal message to your recipient.

Step 5: Click 'Place Order Now' once you're done. We will process and email the digital gift card your recipient in 1-2 working days.

Note: EasyParcel credit claimed from the digital gift card will follow user's EasyParcel account credit expiry. E.g. if your EasyParcel credit balance is valid till 1st January 2023, upon claiming the digital gift card, all of your card will be valid till 1st January 2023.

Note: Users shall ensure the EasyParcel account is in active status before claiming the digital gift card. 

How to Send a Digital Gift Card with Shopee?

Step 1: Head on to EasyParcel Shop on Shopee, select either 'Starter (RM88/RM288)' or 'Enterprise (RM588/RM1888) to purchase your preferred gift card value. 

Step 2: Select your preferred gift card value and click on the 'Buy Now' button.

Step 3: Select the digital gift card and proceed to press the 'Check Out' button. 

Step 4: Key in your recipient's details in the 'Delivery Address' section. Make sure your recipient's name and email address is correct.

Step 5: Choose your preferred payment method and click 'Place Order' once you're done. We will process and email the digital gift card to your recipient in 1-2 working days. 

Note: EasyParcel credit claimed form the digital gift card will follow user's EasyParcel account credit expiry .Eg. if your EasyParcel credit balance is valid till 1st January2023, upon claiming the digital gift card, all of your credit will be valid till 1st January 2023.

Terms and Conditions

• No cancellation and amendment are allowed after payment is made.  
• Digital gift card is valid to claim within 1 year from the email issuance date and will not be replaced once expired. 
• Users will need to key in the coupon code given on EasyParcel "My Coupons" page in order to claim the digital gift card in the form of EasyParcel credit.
• Digital gift card consists of EasyParcel credit only and does not come with any promo rate or package benefits associated with it.
• EasyParcel credit acquired from the digital gift card can be used to checkout any orders on EasyParcel Malaysia website.
• Digital gift card is available for use with no minimum spending required.
• Digital gift card is non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be returned regardless if it has been redeemed or not.
• EasyParcel credit claimed from the digital gift card will follow user's EasyParcel account credit expiry. Eg if your EasyParcel credit balance is valid till 1st January 2023, upon claiming the digital gift card, all of your credit will be valid till 1st January 2023.
• Users shall ensure the EasyParcel account is in active status before claiming the digital gift card.
• Digital gift card expiry date cannot be changed after purchase.
• EasyParcel reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the campaign.

1. Q: Can I give a digital gift card to someone who does not own an EasyParcel account?
   A: Definitely! As long as your recipient creates an account with us, they'll be able to claim the digital gift card. 
2. Q: Is there a minimum spending required to use the digital gift card once I've claimed it?
   A: There is NO minimum spending required to use the digital gift card. You can spend it freely on any of EasyParcel's services or products.
3. Q: When does the digital gift card expire?
   A: There is a 1(ONE) year valid duration for your recipient to claim the digital gift card form the date they received the gift. Once claimed, the value will be reflected into the recipient's current top up package.
