To top up your EasyParcel account, log in and click "Top Up" on your dashboard, then select a package (e.g., EP20–EP10,000+) and click "Get It Now". Payment can be made via credit/debit card, online banking, e-wallet (e.g., GrabPay), or offline bank transfer. Credits are generally valid for one year.
How to add or top up credit to my account on EasyParcel?
Step 1: Log in to your account and at your "Dashboard" click on "Top Up".
Step 2: Choose your preferred top up package and click "Get It Now".
Step 3: A pop up will then appear, where you can choose between three (3) payment methods according to your preference.
Note: Once you have finished making your payment, the EasyParcel Credit will then reflect in your account. You can also learn more on where to get your invoices and statements after you make the top up.
