How to Top Up Your EasyParcel Credit?
You can top up your EasyParcel credit directly in just a few clicks online and enjoy member rates for your deliveries. This online top up available across multiple methods, including credit/debit card, online banking and e-wallet. But before making a new top up, you'll need an account first with us. Once you create an account, you can top up our packages easily. Find out how:
Step 1: From the sidebar of your dashboard, click on the “Top Up”, which is located under your profile name.
Step 2: Choose the top up package that suits your needs by clicking the “Get It Now” button.
**Please ensure that you have selected the correct top up amount as refunds can only be issued if there was a system error only.
Step 3: Select your preferred payment method: credit/debit card, online banking or e-wallet, and then proceed with a click on the "Pay Now" button.
**Please be reminded that e-wallet option applicable for EP20 until EP1000 only
A quick heads up for you that EasyParcel credit has a validity of 1 year from your latest top up date. You can further extend the validity of all your credit balance for 1 year from your most recent top up date by topping up any package. Know more about EasyParcel credit

A: Refunds are only issued if a system error occurs during your top-up. - Q: How long is the validity of my EasyParcel credit?
A: Your EasyParcel credit is valid for 1 year from the date of your latest top-up. You can extend this validity by topping up any package before the expiry date. - Q: Can I convert my EasyParcel credits into money or cash?
A: No, EasyParcel credits can't be converted to cash. You can use them for deliveries, packaging, and marketing tools. Check our Terms and Conditions (clause 6.0) for more info. - Q: How can I download my top-up invoice?
A: To download your top-up invoice, log in to your EasyParcel account, go to 'Account,' then click 'Statement.' Select 'Top Up Invoice,' find the transaction, and click the icon on the right to download it.
