You can request a withdrawal according to your courier's timeline. Check the status of your parcel(s) in the 'COD Settlement' page. If it is shown as "To Release", you're able to make a request by clicking the "Withdraw" button.
However, only verified accounts are able to request a COD withdrawal. So make sure you have your account verified before making a withdrawal request.
Note: Kindly make sure that your bank account details, as provided in the 'Bank Information' tab, have been filled out accurately.
