How to download my e-Invoice?


Fill in e-Invoice profile

To ensure seamless transactions and compliance with tax regulations, it's essential to obtain your e-Invoice. At EasyParcel, we make it easy for you by providing more than one page to fill out your e-Invoice profile. Here’s how you can do it:

Solution 1:

Step 1: Login or sign up to an account then go to your profile settings.

Step 2: Head over to the "e-Invoice" tab. 

Solution 2:

Step 1: Head over to top up page. You'll find a link to setup your billing address on the top page.

Solution 3:

Step 1: Go to your "Statement" page. You'll find a link to setup your billing address on the top page.



What to fill in e-Invoice profile

Kindly fill out the required fields accurately, including your Tax Identification Number (TIN). The TIN is crucial for tax reporting and legal compliance, ensuring smooth transactions so it is highly advisable to be cautious when entering the right number for smooth operations ahead.

Step 1: Choose Business or Personal Use.

Step 2: Fill in your billing address.

Step 2 (a) Business: Fill in your Business TIN, Registration No and Business SST No.

Note: Please ensure that you have entered the correct TIN code of your Business. You may check the type of TIN code for your type of business.

Step 2 (b) Personal: Fill in your Personal TIN and your ID (NRIC/ Passport No./ Army IC).

Note: Please ensure that you have entered the correct TIN code. The personal TIN code starts with "IG". To understand further, you may read different TIN codes for different types of category. 

Step 3: Double-check all information for accuracy before submission to avoid delays. Once satisfied, you can now click “Submit”.


Where to download e-Invoice

Once you've completed the form and updated your preferences, accessing your e-Invoice is straightforward. Upon successful submission, you will see this page:

Step 1: Log in to your account, head over to the “Statement” and click "Top-Up/ Refund Invoice” tab. 

Step 2: Look for the specific transaction for which you need the e-Invoice. 

Step 3: You’ll see an e-Invoice status under “Download Invoice”

Step 4: Click on the download icon or link next to the transaction details to obtain your e-Invoice.

1. What is e-Invoice?

2. Where to find my TIN? 

If you haven't obtained your Tax Identification Number (TIN) yet, learn our guide on what is TIN and where to find TIN. This is to ensure your TIN is accurately entered to avoid issues with generating e-Invoices.

3. What if I entered the wrong TIN? 

If you’ve mistakenly entered an incorrect TIN during registration: 

  • You may contact our customer support immediately for assistance. 
  • You may kindly provide your correct TIN and transaction details for prompt correction.

4. Why did it say "Fail to Generate e-Invoice"?

We're sorry to hear that. The common reasons for this issue may include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete TIN information while filling in the profile.
  • Technical glitches or system updates.
  • TIN is not accurately entered.
  • Lost internet connection and browser incompatibility.
