What should i do if don't have Air Waybill (AWB) after payment?

If you haven't received an Air Waybill (AWB) after payment on EasyParcel, first navigate to "All Parcels" under the "Manage Parcel" menu to check if it is available for download via the printer icon. If not, try re-submitting the parcel details or contact support with your parcel ID. 



How to get the AWB?

Once you have successfully booked a parcel, you can straight away get the Air Waybill (AWB) of the particular parcel at 'All Parcels' under 'Manage Parcel'. Simply choose the parcel you need the AWB for and click the sticker icon at the end.

How to contact support team for AWB request?

Should you not find the icon for AWB download, you may contact our dedicated support team to assist you on this. 

But first, grab your parcel ID to include in the form later so that our support team can help you efficiently.

Step 1: Go to the "Manage Parcel" dropdown, click "All Parcels", then click the order that doesn't display the AWB button. The details of your parcel will be shown and you may grab the parcel ID there to put in the form.

Step 2: Go to Contact Us page and click on "Other Enquiries".

Step 3: Choose 'General Enquiry/Feedback'

Step 4: Fill in the details required and click Submit Now.

i) Title: AWB is Not Available

ii) Name: (Your Name)

iii) Registered Email Address: (Your registered email address to your EasyParcel account)

iv) Question/comment: Parcel ID: XXXXX. I have finished booking a parcel and now would like to print the Air Waybill (AWB) for the said parcel, but the AWB icon is not available anywhere. Please assist me.

v) Attachments: (Please add a screenshot of the order you created at the All Parcel page)
