When my parcel can be returned?

There are certain conditions that need to be met before a parcel can be returned. These conditions may vary depending on the courier company and the destination country. Here are some general guidelines to help you understand when your parcel can be returned.

Reasons Parcels are ReturnedWhen Parcels Will Be Returned
Insufficient/Incorrect addressShould the courier find the address to be non-existent or the address is wrong, courier will arrange for parcels to be returned right after.
Refused by receiverAs the courier arrives at the receiver's location, if the receiver refused to accept the parcel, then the courier will arrange for parcels to be returned right after.
Receiver is not reachableAs the courier arrives at the receiver's location, if the receiver is not reachable after a few attempts, then the courier will arrange for parcels to be returned right after.
Parcel content is listed as prohibited items
Courier may hold your parcel for a while if it's been found that the parcel content is listed as prohibited item especially if it's dangerous and explosive items.
Insufficient customs documentationIf the parcel has been observed to not have the complete customs documentation, the courier may hold on the parcel for a while for the next step, whether to return the parcel or wait for your action.
