Why is my parcel not picked up?

We understand it's frustrating when a scheduled pick-up doesn't happen. But, there are some common reasons why your parcel might not have been collected, including:

Unexpected Delays: 

  1. Traffic: Heavy traffic can significantly impact a rider's schedule, causing them to arrive late or miss a pick-up altogether.
  2. Weather: Extreme weather conditions like heavy rain or storms can also delay or prevent pick-ups. 

System Issues: 

  1. Booking Errors: Sometimes, technical glitches can prevent your pick-up from being properly scheduled in the rider's system.
  2. Communication Problems: Occasionally, there may be a breakdown in communication between the courier service and the rider, leading to missed pick-ups.

How to remind courier to collection?

Step 1: Log in to your account, then head over to the dashboard and go to "Manage Parcel". From there, click on "All Parcel".

Step 2: Click on the three-line icon and select “Report”.

Step 3: Under Report Parcel, select the option, "Parcel Collection - missed pick up/ remind pick up".

Step 4: After submitting, any updates regarding your report can be viewed on the Message Board. Our customer service support team will proceed to remind the designated courier to collect your shipment as soon as possible!
