Once submitting your report, you may view your parcel's report status by following the steps below:
Step 1:
Log into your EasyParcel account, scroll to the bottom of your side column at your dashboard. Click on 'Support'.
Step 2:
After clicking on Support, a list of options will appear. Click on 'Customer Support'.
Step 3:
After being directed to a new webpage, click Parcel Report where you may click 'Message Board' to view your submitted reports and its status.
