Overview of Booking a Parcel
We have global coverage, so you can deliver parcels from Malaysia to more than 200 destinations in the world. Hurry up, choose an international courier service that matches your budget and time frame, all via one simple quote process as stated below. But first, log in or sign up for an account to send international parcels with us.
Booking international Parcel Step-by-step
Step 1: Click on the "International Delivery" on your dashboard.
Step 2: Select the country, key in the postcodes and the weight of your parcel. If you're unsure of how to determine your parcel weight, then you can learn it here.
Step 3: Select whichever courier you prefer with a click on "Book Now" button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender's details.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver's details.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel content and its value.
Note: Under the "Import Taxes & Duties" section, you can choose between "Pay by Receiver (DDU)" or "Pay by Sender (DDP)." The DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option allows the sender to pay for any import taxes and duties upfront, so the receiver won’t have to handle these costs at delivery.
Step 7: Choose a pick up/drop-off date and then continue with a click on the "Add To Cart" button.
Step 8: Confirm your parcel details and click on the “Check Out” button.
Note: For international deliveries, customers must add a credit card before checkout. this ensure it's easy to process payment if the parcel weight exceeds the declared amount after it's been processed
Step 9: Complete the booking with a click on "Pay With Credit".
Step 10: You're done. Simply click "Print All AWB" to download your air waybills and commercial invoice for printing.
If you've missed out step 10:
Step 1: Head over to “All Parcels" > "Parcel Status”.
Step 2: Multi-select your orders.
Step 3: To download the air waybills, simply click "Download" > "Air Waybill" to download them in bulk
