Now that your parcel has been successfully delivered, you might want to give a rating to your chosen courier. To do so, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Go to "Manage Parcel", click "All Parcels" to view all your parcel statuses. Find the delivered parcel and click it.
Step 2: Once you click, click the "Review". You may rate now and add feedback, if any.
