To rate and review a courier service on EasyParcel, navigate to Manage Parcel > All Parcel, locate your delivered parcel, click the three-line icon, and select Rating to provide star ratings and comments. This allows users to share feedback on courier performance directly through the dashboard.
Now that your parcel has been successfully delivered, you might want to give a rating to your chosen courier. To do so, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Go to "Manage Parcel", click "All Parcel" to view all your parcel statuses. Find the delivered parcel and click the three lines.
Step 2: Once you click, a few options will appear then choose 'Rating'.
Step 3: You may rate now and add feedback, if any.
