What can I ship domestically?
Before you ship parcels anywhere, you'll need to create an account first to make a booking. Creating an account is free and you'll also get RM10 coupon.
In general, you can ship items that are not dangerous, explosive, or provocative. In the event that you still ship items that have these traits or commonly called "Prohibited Items", it will result in cancellation without prior notice. What can I ship internationally?
Just like shipping domestically, you can ship items that are not dangerous, explosive or provocative. However, for international shipments, each of our courier partners has a different list of prohibited items. You can check the full list of International - Prohibited Items to make sure you're not delivering any of the prohibited items.
What can I ship for On-Demand Delivery?
To deliver parcels using On-Demand delivery, you can ship items that are not fragile and packed poorly, hazardous and explosive. To make sure your items is shippable for On-Demand Delivery, make sure your items are shippable for on-demand delivery, make sure they are not included in the prohibited items. What are Non-Compensation Items?
Non-Compensation Items are items that can only be delivered on a no compensation basis by any of our courier companies. Any person sending such items does so at their own risk. Check out Domestic - Non Compensation Items.

- Q: What happens if my parcel contains prohibited items?
A: Certain items cannot be shipped by any of our courier partners. It’s important to verify your item against the prohibited items list before sending. If a prohibited item is found in your parcel during collection, the courier may return the parcel and impose additional charges. Please note that postage fees will not be refunded. - Q: What happens if my parcel weight is heavier than declared?
A: If the parcel is heavier before pick-up, cancel and rebook with the correct weight. After pick-up, extra charges will be applied to your account.
