Here’s the step-by-step tutorial on how to attach your air waybill (AWB) after printing it out. If you're new here you may sign up for an account first to be able to book and print out the AWB. For those who’re printing it on A4 paper, different courier companies may have different numbers of AWB copies.
How to attach the Air Waybill (AWB)?

Note: Only one (1) AWB is needed for one (1) parcel. Please avoid to attach more than one AWB on one parcel to avoid from being rejected by courier for delivery.
How to attach the commercial invoice?
To smoothen custom clearance processes, you'll be required to include a commercial invoice along with your AWB when your shipments involve in any destinations stated below:-

Commercial invoice will be provided along with air waybill whenever you book for any international couriers, Aramex, Pos Laju, Pgeon and Teleport only. All the information will be used to assess customs duties. So, ensure you provide a complete and correct item invoice to avoid any unwanted shipment delays. Here's an example of commercial invoice:-
Your commercial invoice should contain:-
1. Full details of the sender and the receiver
2. A detailed description of the goods, quantity and their values
You’ll need to provide a detailed itemised description of the parcel content for commercial invoice. For example, if your parcel contains clothes, you should list down as “H&M men’s sweather”, “Uniqlo women’s sweater”, “Padini t-shirt” and so on.
