What is Proof of Delivery?
Proof of Delivery (POD) is a type of document that confirms an order has been successfully delivered to the receiver. PODs typically include the receiver's name and address, order details, tracking number, a signature or electronic signature, the last digits of NRIC number (whichever is applicable) confirming the delivery.
Currently, our courier partners are practising ePOD which means there'll be a digital document where the customer provides an electronic signature or the delivery driver takes a photo at the delivery location to confirm completion.

How to view your POD via EasyTrack
You're able to view your POD once the status of your parcel is delivered via our EasyTrack page. Currently, you can only view the POD of the parcel that you booked with the following couriers:- Flash Express
- J&T Express
- DHL Express
- Teleport Priority
Step 1: Head over to the EasyTrack page, input your parcel's tracking number, select the booked courier then click "Track Parcel".
Step 2: To view the POD, you will need to log into your EasyParcel by clicking the link "Login now to view Proof of Delivery (POD)".
Step 3: Once you're successfully logged in, you may now click on 'View Proof of Delivery (POD)' to view the image.
What to do if you are not able to obtain your POD?
Currently, POD is only available for parcels booked with Flash Express, J&T Express, DHL Express and Teleport Priority. For parcels booked with other couriers mentioned above, you may request the POD via the following solutions.
Solution 1 (Recommended)Step 1: Head to your dashboard and click on 'Manage Parcel', then 'All Parcel'.
Step 2: Look for the parcel you want the POD of and click on the 3-line icon. A drop-down will appear then click on "Report".
Step 3: Select 'Request Proof of Delivery (POD) - parcel delivered but yet to receive by receiver' then click "Ok".
Step 4: Lay back as your report has been received successfully and our support team will take care of you now. You can click "Message Board" to check for your ticket updates. You can also click "Customer Support" under "Support" to see the progress.
Solution 2
Step 1: Head to Contact Us page and click on "Shipment Enquiry"
Step 2: Select whether your parcel is a domestic or international shipment.
Step 3: Scroll to find "Request Proof of Delivery (POD) - Parcel delivered but yet to receive by receiver' from the list of options and click on it.
Step 4: Fill up the form with details to let our support team help you smoothly. Once submitted, our customer support team will approach you via email according to your ticket ID.
FAQ
- Q: My parcel status is already delivered, but I can not view the POD?
A: Please ensure that the parcel is booked under one of these couriers: Flash Express, J&T Express, DHL eCommerce or Teleport Priority. Next, kindly log in to view the POD by clicking the login button. - Q: I didn't book with the couriers above, can I still get POD?
A: Kindly request for a POD if you booked under other couriers that are not mentioned above. Please follow these steps. - Q: I have already made a report, when will I get the POD ?
