How to drop off my parcel?
If your parcel has missed pick up by the booked courier, you may opt for drop off by following the steps below.
Step 1: When you enter your dashboard, click 'Manage Parcel', and then 'All Parcel'.
Step 2: You will be shown the list of parcels that you have shipped out. Identify the parcel that has missed pick up and click '
' where you will click on the 'Change to Drop Off' option.
Step 3: Click 'Learn More' to a page that will guide you on how to find your nearest drop-off point. 
Where should I drop-off my parcel?
You can refer and identify the courier's branch address and it's list by following the steps below:
Step 1: Click 'Send Parcel' and input the necessary information such as the sender and receivers postcode, along with the parcels weight.
Step 2: After that, click to 'Book' your preferred courier where you will be directed to the booking page. 
Step 3: Click to view the nearest drop-off points. Note that the drop-off points shown will be be based on the senders postcode.
You may proceed to drop off your parcel at the designated point according to the list shown.
