How do I book a domestic parcel order using Single Parcel?
New to EasyParcel? Fret not as we'll guide you to make a complete parcel delivery order using EasyParcel, so you can kick start delivery in the comfort of home at an affordable rate without leaving anything behind.
Step 1: Click on the "Single Parcel" on your dashboard.
Step 2: Key in the postcodes and the weight of your parcel. If you're unsure how to determine your parcel weight, you can learn it here.
Step 3: Select whichever courier at your preference with a click on "Book" button.
Step 4: Fill in the sender's details.
Step 5: Fill in the receiver's details.
Step 6: Fill in the parcel content and its value.
Step 7: Choose a pick up/drop-off date and then continue with a click on the "Add To Cart" button.
Step 8: Confirm your parcel details and click on the “Check Out” button.
Step 9: Complete the booking with a click on "Pay With Credit".
Step 10: You're done. Simply click "Print All AWB" to download your air waybills for printing.
If you've missed out step 10:-
Step 1: Head over to “All Parcels" > "Parcel Status”.
Step 2: Multi-select your orders.
Step 3: To download the air waybills, simply click "Download" > "Download AWB" to download in bulk or click on the printer icon to download it one by one.
