Why reject my insurance / protection claim?

Unfortunately, not all claims are successful after a thorough investigation by the EasyParcel team and the dedicated couriers. 

A rejected insurance / protection claim may be due to but are not limited to:-

  • Your shipment has been delivered/cancelled/returned in the midst of the insurance / protection claim.
  • You did NOT resubmit the details or documents required within the time frame provided by our support team.
  • An unsuccessful investigation conducted by the courier team.
