What protection will I get when I buy?
The protection that you can buy from EasyParcel is EasyCover protection. EasyCover is a protection that will cover your parcel from a loss shipment of up to RM10,000. This protection is available to cover for EasyParcel shipments as well non-EasyParcel shipments.
How to buy protection?
Step 1: Go to "Protect Parcel", click "Buy Protection", enter the Tracking Number, choose the courier service you booked and click "Next".
Step 2: Please enter the details of your parcel content here then click "Next".
i) Select your item category. Learn what your item category is.
ii) Choose the correct shipping date.
iii) Provide detail and correct parcel content. Learn how to describe parcel content.
iv) Weight. Learn how to determine your parcel's weight.
v) Add precise parcel value
Step 3: Now check the booking details of this particular parcel, then click "Pay With Credit". Now you're done protecting your parcel!
