Unfortunately, not all claims are successful after a thorough investigation by the EasyParcel team and the dedicated couriers.
A rejected insurance / protection claim may be due to but are not limited to:-
- Your shipment has been delivered/cancelled/returned in the midst of the insurance / protection claim.
- You did NOT resubmit the details or documents required within the time frame provided by our support team.
- An unsuccessful investigation conducted by the courier team.
